I am so excited about your performances, which I was fortunate enough to see you guys practice earlier today. Keep up the good work!
About your booth presentations, each exhibit from each group should be labeled with the following information:
A. Your Group's Name
B. Age Range
C. Title of the Exhibit (i.e. "Turtles from Under the Sea")
D. A Description of the project (What was done to create it? Why? Duration of the project? What the kids' learned)
The easiest way to do this task of labeling your works/projects is to type up the labels and make sure they are pasted or posted near the project for the viewer's convenience. The booths will be set up much like a "DFOY Children's Museum" and viewers will need to fully understand the work we display.
